Sock Monkey Burp Cloths

I had fabric leftover from my sock monkey blanket that I made in honor of my husband, but not really enough to do much with. I planned to use some still for cloth wipes, but I really wanted to do something cute with it as well because even I, normally not a big character fan, am loving the sock monkeys these days.

The colors looked perfect with my 3 leftover organic cloth diapers (ie: burp cloths) so I used it to make 3 more decorative ones of those. Maybe my husband will be more excited to burp the baby and clean up spit up if he can use a cloth with cute little sock monkeys on it? :)

I also made this little set to give as part of a girl baby gift I need to send out. 2 of the larger burp clothes with designs and then a onesie in which I just sewed on a sweet little bird!
