Pit to Distress

An interesting article/blog post about the term "pit to distress".

Here's another article that was posted on a board I visit today. This one is pretty common sense, but unfortunately for many woman it's not. It's sad that a study was actually need to show this when this is something that woman's bodies, midwives, and ancient civilizations (and even animals) have know forever.
