After my attempt at the other artwork I posted, I got a little more brave. Someone suggested, after seeing our cool feet picture, that I use that somewhere in the nursery. So I decided I'd make a canvas with that, but then some people told me using actual photo paper wouldn't work w/ the Mod
Podge. I decided to give it a try since I could easily print a new photo and buy a new $5.00 piece of canvas - it was easier than going to the trouble of having the picture printed out on a laser jet printer like was suggested and I was worried that it wouldn't look as clear if I did that.
Well, it turned out great and totally worked! I'm really excited about it and thinking about what else I could do w/ cool ultrasound pictures and canvas, but I'm really trying hard to not have my own canvas artwork be the only thing on the walls. We still also need to pick out our tree stencil. I may post a few that I am liking to see what people think. There are so many options now for them!
Ok I TOTALLY LOVE LOVE LOVE this wall art! I'm going to use that same idea in my home. Thanks for the suggestions :-)

I think the wall art is great and I think doing art work yourself adds a very personal touch then just buying pre-made artwork, so I would not worry about having too much personal artwork on the walls. I also think a shadowbox would be a cool thing to add. Not sure what you would put in it, but I have always loved those things.
