...Birdie Mobile

It's done!!! I am far too excited about something I didn't even WANT (a mobile) in our nursery. Hence the numerous pictures of the same damn thing in this post. But guess what, considering a few days ago I didn't even know how to use my sewing machine, I am too proud to not share them all. :)

I was going to just do a wood circle as shown in the inspiration picture, but then my mom suggestion I use this instead and the next day I saw a picture of someone who used a wreath and painted it white and it looked so gorgeous, so I had to do this.

It's not hung up in the nursery yet, so I just hung it from a little hook I had up in our living room in these first few pictures.




Then I moved the hook to the nursery b/c I am such a dork and HAD to see it pictured there. :) I held if over the crib (thinking of putting it there or over the changing table/dresser) and it looked soooo awesome w/ the paint and furniture!
