Baby Blanket

I finally got a decent picture of the baby blanket I started. This yarn (and some other colors) was originally for those baby moccasins, but I got halfway through them and was utterly lost and confused. It turns out that my local yarn shop is holding a class in the near future on baby moccasins, so I asked today when I stopped in if it happened to be for those ones...and it is! So I might take that and learn how to make them after all.

So because I went from little tiny booties to a blanket, I had to get more yarn today. The blanket is being made out of 100% baby alpaca and is so soft and yummy! I'm excited. The picture was hard to take b/c it's kind of all scrunched up on a big circular needle right now, but I think it will be really sweet when it's finished and look great in the nursery I have in mind, if we go with that!
