The first are these. I really do like them, but they fit a little weird. For someone with an extremely short torso, I really don't see how anyone of normal size could wear them as they are meant to be worn. THe "full" panel is hardly a full panel and does not go up as high as in the picture. If I do pull it up super high then the crotch of the pants is up my you know what and well, i'm not going to lie, that's a bit uncomfortable! I wore them to work today and we met in the middle which was OK. Other than that I LOVE the way they fit. A note....I bought the regular length as I normally buy (I am short, 5'1, but my legs are "long" for my height b/c my torso is the short part of me) and they were just long enough...and I wasn't even wearing high heels. Their regular lengths are usually a bit longer on me, so keep this in mind.
And here are the jeans that got sent back today. I am anxiously awaiting my new pair in a size Small though because I totally love them...I just want to be able to fit in them for more than a minute! Same thing with this panel - it's not nearly as high as the picture leads you to believe. I'm not really sure what Old Navy thinks "full panel" should mean, but it's pretty annoying since the flare full panel jeans I got from them have a higher panel. Wouldn't you think it will all be the same? This is really starting to piss me off about their clothes, even though I really like their stuff which is unusual for me. If I have to order everything online b/c you won't carry it in your store, then things should be fitting the same. An extra small in the pants above should not fit, while the extra small in the jeans below be too small. And they should be the same length for everything labeled "regular". I don't get this.
