Busy Shopping

After yesterday's shopping spree I really had no intention of buying anything else for awhile, but I can never resist a good deal. I was alerted of two really good sales this morning and I can't pass up saving money!

The first is the Ultimate Tote Diaper Bag from Pottery Barn. They were out of the brown, so I got navy which I think will be great. It was only $16.99. Can't beat that! I really love the Kate Spade one that I put on our registry, but I realize that it's not really all that practical to have an almost $200 diaper bag, even if you're me and you are in love with Kate Spade. I may leave it on there in case anyone wants to buy it (or more likely go in on it), but otherwise we have a great diaper bag on it's way that I love as well! (And is a bit more manly so Matt will have no problem using it).

I might find a place around here that will monogram it since PBK said they don't do it anymore for this item and since we don't know the initials yet anyway, it's not like we could have done that.

Next, was a deal on Woot.com It's Recaro Como Convertible Car Seat and we'll use it after we're done with the infant carrier/car seat stage, though it can be used as a car seat right from the start too. The ratings were incredibly high for this seat and it's normally $250.00, but woot had it for $99.00 and $5.00 shipping. Can't beat that so we went ahead and ordered it. Matt wanted the black one, but I thought the sand might show less clinging to it, but all they had left was the black and pink, so we had to go with the black which is okay. The cover comes off and can be washed anyway, and I do like the way it looks just as much. For $99 I don't really care much!
