Heard the Heartbeat!

We heard our baby's beautiful heartbeat today! I didn't even think they'd try and thought I was just having a routine ultrasound since I've had one every 2 weeks, but my Dr. just decided to try to hear the heartbeat w/ the doppler and then if we couldn't hear it (because it's still kind of early at 10w2d) they'd do an ultrasound to check things out. So bad news is, no new ultrasound picture and we didn't get to see the growth over the past two weeks, but the great news is the heartbeat was strong and loud! In the 160's she said. I am on a regular schedule now since everything looks great, so I won't go back for 4 more weeks. Then 4 weeks after that we get to find out the sex! I can't believe it.
