A Care Package

I don't think the pregnancy hormones helped any, but it's safe to say I was pretty bummed about the Brooks & Dunn news. Silly? Sure, I realize that, but it hit me all the same. My mom felt bad that I was taking it so hard and came over last night with a package from Popo, one of our favorite kids/baby stores in Green Hills.


Inside was the baby blue Kicky Pants sleeper I have been lusting after there. It's so soft and adorable. Their sizes, at least I think, appear to run pretty small so now we're taking this as a 3rd possible choice to bring Lucas home from the hospital in. Although, now that I think about it, I'm not sure I am willing to stain this with the umbilical cord mess that will be going on, so we'll play it by ear.

And this awesome guy! Chan Pie Gnon, a cousin of Sophie the Giraffe. If you don't know about Sophie, definitely look into it! It's supposed to be the most loved teething toy around, however we've been having trouble getting them here as she is held up in Customs (the come from France). But Popo has these guys which are the same thing just a different style. Isn't he adorable?!
